Youth Visions^TM enjoys an excellent relationship with the business community internationally, providing the prospective apprentice with a wide variety of disciplines from which to choose.

Many leadership programs allow students the opportunity to participate in an internship. Yet some directors remain skeptical about the learning rigor of an experience-based program in an increasingly permissive society. History has shown us that apprenticeships work well when students work hard in an environment where the commodity is the knowledge, not the salary. Our program allows each student an extended opportunity to learn, and to apply the principled philosophy of our programs in a "real world" setting. This enables our students to exercise their analytical skills, accountability, responsibility and good judgment, reminding the young apprentice that reward without merit is no reward at all. The hallmark of this program is access and opportunity, with the tools to take advantage of both.
